Pro Fit Iron Gym – You Will Love it!

Every fitness buff loves a piece of equipment that requires minimal installation or assembly and offers a maximum satisfaction workout. The Pro Fit Iron Gym offers both. Among home gym equipment, it ranks high for being a no-fuss way to get great results.

The Pro Fit Iron Gym, an upper body workout bar, arrives in a few component pieces that can be fitted together in about 15 minutes. A door frame brace ensures you can attach the bar to something solid that will hold your weight. In most cases, the brace, which requires no tools or fasteners, has to be left on the door frame, even though the bar comes down. The bar, which can hold up to 300 pounds, fits in door frames that are 24 to 32 inches wide with molding that is about 3.5 inches thick.

Unlike many other pieces of fitness equipment on the market, the Pro Fit Iron Gym is not bulky and stows away easily. The bar is designed to help you build strength in your chest, arms, shoulders and back, primarily. When the bar is mounted in a door frame, it is easy to grab the extended bar and do chin-ups or pull-ups.

The Pro Fit Iron Gym is also designed to work its magic on the floor. The curved handles enable you to do dips, push-ups and sit-ups without placing too much pressure on your wrists.

Some customers have warned that the bar really does need to be a good fit for your particular door frame in order to avoid other problems. If your door frame is less than 31 inches, for example, there may be a bit of a gap between the door frame and metal ends of the bar. This places your wood at a risk to be damaged. Some buyers have found it easier to simply use the bar on a door frame without the brace.

The Pro Fit Iron Gym seems a very affordable way to really tone your upper body. You can expect to pay between $24 and $35, depending on where you make the purchase. For the most part, this seems a sound investment for the cost and the chance to concentrate on sculpting a single part of your body. The only thing that could mess up your workout is not working out at all.
