4-Step New Year’s Resolution Plan to Get a Sexy Beach Body Before Your Friends

Are you tired of not having a great body you can show off on the beach? Would you like to finally lose some weight and tone up your body? If so you’ve come to the right place. If you’re like the majority of people you like to make New Year’s Resolutions. Unfortunately, most people have a difficult time with them. I’d like to share with you a few simple things you can do to get the body of your dreams.

Step #1-

The first step is to create a plan of attack. You need to decide exactly what you need to do to lose weight. This is where you take a real look at your life and figure out where you want to change things. This can be a difficult thing to do because sometimes we don’t like to live in reality and admit that we have a problem. In this step you need to decide if you really have what it takes to lose weight in the amount of time you want.

Step #2-

The second tip /step are similar to the one I just shared with you. You need to set reasonable goals to help you get the body of your dreams. So you may need to lose 40 pounds. Write down a goal that you want to lose 40 pounds by March 5th. By putting a date at the end you’ll create a sense of urgency. This is extremely important if you every want to accomplish a goal. Be as specific as possible when creating your goals. This way you don’t get confused and it programs your brain to know exactly what you want.

Step #3-

The third step is to keep a journal of your progress. At first this might kind of seem boring but it’s really one of the most important things you can do. By keeping a workout journal you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come. You need to write down how you feel, write about the workout you did, write about the food you ate, and the list goes on. After you’ve been doing this for a month it will be fun to look back to see how far you’ve come.

Step #4-

The last step is to ask yourself if you have what it takes to lose weight. Are you willing to pay the price necessary to lose weight? Finally taking back your life and getting in shape is one of the greatest things you can do in life. However, it’s not a cakewalk either. If you need to lose 50 pounds you have your work cut out for you. Are you willing to exercise 4-5 days per week? Are you willing to start eating healthier? These are all questions you have to ask if you want to accomplish your goals.
