Best Exercises To Lose Thigh And Hips Weight

Ask women and they’ll tell you that perhaps the most difficult of them all is to lose weight in the thigh and the hips area! It is an agony for women especially because of their genetic tendency to store more fat in these areas. This can lead to many psychological disturbances in them. But trust me, in order to lose thigh and hips weight you need to lose the overall body weight. Focusing too much on only one thing won’t lead you anywhere at all. These areas have to be worked upon a lot and overnight results don’t happen. You can adopt any cardio exercise like jogging, running, jump rope, climbing, jumping, cycling; kick boxing – anything which will increase your heart rate safely. These exercises have known to be very helpful in losing thigh and hips weight. Other than that try the following things;

1. Use the stepper as its focus is on gluteal muscle group which is perhaps the most stubborn of all muscles to burn.

2. You can take the help of weight trainers especially if you have already toned thighs. When muscle in your thighs is increased your body can take the pressure of extra exercise. So you can definitely burn more calories.

3. Stop eating those carbohydrates in the form of potato, rice, grains, pasta. Instead try to inculcate some brown carbs in your diet like sweet potatoes, whole grain bread not to mention a special focus on your protein diet that is chicken, egg whites, cottage cheese, protein shakes etc. Just try to eat as healthier as you can to lose weight on your thighs and hips.

Women complaint that as they grow older they tend to get heavier on their thighs and hips. Well that is just natural, what is happening is that you are just not accepting the fact that the easy going days of youth are far from over when all you had to lose weight was literally to eat more! Just accept it, and then work on it. Don’t expect that you will get your body back as it was when you were eighteen but it will definitely be more respectable. If you have a severe problem, consult your doctor though.
