Cardio Made Simple – A Great Cardio Workout For Women is Right Here!

Ladies, I will tell you up front that you are better off getting a hard hitting intense cardio session that last 10 minutes rather than driving 15 minutes to the gym, jogging on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and then driving back home which takes up another 15 minutes totaling an hour of your time, and you haven’t even factored in the shower and clean up period! There is a way around this. One of the absolute best cardio exercises for women are kettlebell swings. Read on if I have your attention!

Kettlebell Swings

Trust me ladies, you don’t want to be like the groundhog and see your own shadow. Lets face it, if it is easy to see your own shadow that means that there is more of you to see, right? This is why you need a cardio workout that is sure to blast the body fat right off of your body and get you into superior physical shape. Kettlebell swings are a great way to do this.

You see the great thing about kettlebell swings is that they can be done anywhere and at any time. You don’t have to have a gym membership to pull this exercise off and your fitness level will always improve. The great thing about swings is that they are so versatile. You see the swing lift can be done with either a single kettlebell and both your arms, a kettlebell in each arm, or with a single kettlebell in just one arm! The possibilities keep growing and you can structure an entire workout around nothing more than just doing kettlebell swings.

The swing is executed by you swinging the bell with the momentum you generate from your hips to move the bell in an arc from between your legs up to at least chest level. This single movement works hundreds of your muscles at one time and your heart rate will beat hard and fast. This exercise is highly exerting which also makes it highly effective. Whether you are looking for a cardio endurance workout or to improve on a cardio strength related workout kettlebell swings can be tailored for you to accomplish both!

This is a cardio exercise to help you lose the weight and get in shape. If you haven’t already started to utilize kettlebell swings and other great kettlebell cardio drills then you are truly missing out. Remember ladies that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
