Help Me Increase My Height – How You Can Gain Inches to Your Height by Following the Right Methods

The average height of Miss Universe winners is 5’11″. Tallness can be your key to fame and fortune. Help me increase my height! This is the common outcry of ladies with beautiful faces but minus the height.

You can do the following to add inches to your height.

* Stretching exercise is an excellent method of correcting your posture. You probably are unaware that you can gain 2 to 3 inches of height by simply correcting your posture. Your straight posture will give you a leaner and slimmer look.

* These are other exercises you can do aside from stretching:

Exercise 1 (Cobra) Lie down on the floor with your face down and your palms flat on the floor under your shoulders. Start arching your spine upward to your chin as far as you can. Repeat activity lasting 5 – 10 seconds.

Exercise 2 (Super Cobra) With your arm perpendicular to the floor and with your spine arched as the end position of Cobra, bend you hips and bring your body up into an inverted V position. While doing it, touch your chin against your chest. Resume original position. Repeat the activity lasting from 10 to 20 seconds.

Exercise 3 (Cat Stretch) Get down on your hands and knees with your arms lock out. Inhale as you flex your spine down and bring up your head. Exhale as you bring your spine up into an arch position while brining your head down. Repeat the activity lasting from 3 to 8 seconds.

Exercise 4 (The Super Stretch) Standing up, reach up your hands as high as possible as you lean slightly back. Feel the stretch in your lower spine. You can do the exercise standing or lying down. Repeat each activity lasting from 4 to 7 seconds.

Exercise 5 (Downhill) Stand with your hands together and arms behind you. Bend down tat the waist as far as possible and slowly swing arms as high as possible behind you. Repeat each activity lasting from 4 to 6 seconds.

* Surgical procedure, also called cosmetic leg-lengthening procedure, is used to lengthen the legs. This is very expensive and extremely painful. The bones are fractured and then slowly stretched thoroughly apart to enable new bones to grow in its place. This method will gain the patient a few inches in height.

* Improve your diet. Eat food rich in calcium for this promotes bone growth and strength. Also include leafy green vegetables as spinach, broccoli and asparagus. Vitamin K is vital to grow healthy bones for it stimulates the body to produce osteocalcin, a protein supplement.
