Home Exercise for Weight Loss
Gyms are great, but there are plenty of home exercises that you can do for weight loss. Even though I personally prefer going to a gym, like most of you busy folks out there, I just don’t always have the time. So having exercises that you can do at home is a no brainer.
You could go out and buy some equipment for your home exercises, but that is not really necessary. You can easily make use of items around your home.
For example, running in place while you’re watching tv is a simple and effective way to get you pulse rate up. My only advise to you is to put a big beach towel beneath you to catch the sweat.
And let’s not forget the exercises that you can do sitting on your butt. There are crunches, leg raises and bicycling- exercise that your abs will appreciate. And since you’re already on the floor, you might as well knock out a couple push ups.

If you want to build some muscle, using a heavy book or even a frying pan for curling is a creative use of these items. As for you legs, squatting and holding your back against the wall for a minute or two- longer if you can- is a great way to work your thighs.
To work your triceps, all you need to do is find a chair and perform some dips. If you want to make it more challenging, you can place some books on your lap for added resistance.
In short, there is no reason that you can’t have a great workout in your home. These home exercises are convenient for weight loss, strength training, and just piece of mind. The type of exercise that you can come up with is only limited my your imagination.
