Back then, the ability to jump higher has been considered as a prized skill needed for survival. This helps people survive against wild animals and reach food located on high places. Nowadays, the ability to jump higher than the others is an advantage needed to win competitions and to get ahead of your competitors through this advantage. Popular sports nowadays will require athletes to have a great jumping ability so that they can excel and win.

Achieving an exceptional jumping ability does not easily happen as it is required that you continuously train yourself and you try to continuously build up your strength. Maintaining your level of fitness through proper diet and exercise is also another essential. However, it is actually possible to improve your jumping skill in just one week.

How You Can Jump Higher in Just a Week

If you want to achieve a higher vertical jump in just a short span of time, it is important that you stay focused and dedicated on the time remaining for you to be able to achieve your goals. Remember that proper rest after training is also important so as to avoid any unwanted injuries and to also provide your muscles with enough time to repair and strengthen itself.

To be able to have a higher jump in just a week, it is important that you focus on the following factors: form, fitness, strength, and readiness. These factors contribute a lot when it comes to the improvement of your vertical jump and it will not only make you improve your jump in just a week, but it will also continuously strengthen your muscles for better results over time.

Making sure that you have perfect form when jumping can help you a lot in being able to jump higher in even less than a week; but of course, it will take more time and practice before you will be able to effortlessly jump high without keeping in mind proper body form when jumping.

Overall fitness is also another important factor you should consider when you want to jump higher in just a week’s span. Keep in mind that the lesser the weight and the stronger you are, the better you will be able to resist gravity which will result to a higher jump. Proper fitness will only be maintained if you have a balanced diet and you continuously undergo physical training.

Strength especially strength on your legs and core muscles is essential for you to be able to jump higher in just a week. There are tons of various exercises that you can do to increase your muscle strength and some of these exercises focus on strengthening your lower body parts and your leg and core muscles.

Together with proper form, strength and a good fitness level, it is guaranteed that you will be able to increase your vertical jumping ability in just one week. Nevertheless, being ready and training yourself for more than weeks will often provide you with better and more ideal results.
