Timed Kettlebell Swings – A Great Way to Get Ripped!
Getting a ripped body is challenging. I would say that everyone has the capability of getting ripped, but most people simply aren’t capable. Let that sink in for a minute. You see in order to get a ripped physique you must be consistent and persistent. Both of these traits are necessary, but so is having the availability of a well structured training program.
One way that you can start your journey in an attempt to get ripped is by including timed kettlebell swings into your training. You may have heard of kettlebell training by now or have at least heard of it through the TV, newspapers, and online. This form of strength training is very dynamic is nature and is one of the absolute best ways for you to work on getting a ripped shredded body. Kettlebell swings are one of the basic strength endurance lifts of the kettlebell that involves you using either a single bell with both arms, a single bell in one arm, or a bell in each hand. This exercise is executed by you having to swing the bell(s) back and forth from between your legs up to chest level like pendulum.
Kettlebell swings incorporate the use of hundreds of your working muscles at one time to pull it off and are great for cutting the body fat right off of your midsection. As effective as this particular lift is it is even more efficient when you give yourself a time limit on your sets. You see you can do 30 second sets and see how many swings you can execute within the given time period. This spurs on a competitive spirit with most people and will further drive up the intensity of the set which in turn will yield you bigger results. This is one of the best things you can do with your workouts in terms of trying to get a ripped six pack set of abs!
