Top Three Exercises to Enhance the Gluteus Maximus Area

In a recent survey conducted by Askmen.com, it shows that women prefer to look at certain body parts more than others. Surprisingly, the shoulders and the chest surprisingly came in only at number nine and ten respectively. Even more surprising is that the wand of light, or the male genitalia, only comes in second. The body part that won overall was quite simply the butt.

Apparently there is not much difference between men and women as they both love a nice ass. As the popular song goes, “I love BIG BUTTs and I cannot lie”, however this isn’t necessarily true. Butts literally come in all shapes and sizes and you will surely find someone that loves that specific type of butt. There are big butts, small tight ones and hard muscular ones but unanimously they all think that Brad Pitt’s butt is just pure perfection.

Unfortunately, we are not all blessed with an amazing a Gluteus Maximus as Brad Pitt. In fact, Brad Pitt wasn’t even born with a butt as glorious as his. He had to spend hundreds of hours in the Gym to mold it and shape it to what it is today. You too can come close to perfection, with hard work and dedication.

Leg and Hip extensions is one of the more effective means of toning the lower butt area. It works both the lower back, thigh and butt simultaneously. Start by lying flat on your back. Then, lift your hips to the ceiling and holding it for one count and being careful not to overarch your back. As you move your hips toward the ceiling, lift your leg up holding it for the whole count. Finally, lie flat back down on the mat. Repeat this on the alternate leg and do this for 60 reps or until exhaustion.

Single Leg Raises tones your lower butt region while exercising the legs. It can be done by both novice and experts alike. To do this exercise, you must start by standing straight with you feet hip width apart while holding a 5 pound dumbbell in each hand. Then bend your right knee and raise it around three inches above the floor. At the same time, raise both arms straight until hand reach chest height.

The Squat with Kick Back is a more challenging exercise that is more challenging than these other exercise. Start by standing straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Then, sit back to squat while you bring the fists close to your chin and shifting your weight to your heels. Lift your left leg up while you move both your arms forward for balance. For full effect, make sure not to twist your hips to the side, instead keep them square and parallel to the ground.

There are more kinds of exercise available. Try each one and make a decision. There is one thing that you have to remember. Having a nice butt is a good way to get a girl’s attention but she will quickly lose interest if she finds out that the person with a great behind is in fact an ass himself.
