Fat Burning Tip #1-

The first tip is to make sure you’re getting enough water. You need to drink at least 4-6 glasses per day. Water is great because it helps cure your hunger. A lot of the time you may thing you’re hungry but in reality your body just wants a little hydration. If you’re looking for a little boost in energy there is nothing that does it quite like water.

Fat Burning Tip #2-

The second tip is to write down what your goals are. If you don’t have a goal you’ll never accomplish much. When you’re writing down your goals be as specific as possible so you know exactly what you want to accomplish. Don’t forget that you need to attach a date as to when you want your goal completed. This creates a sense of urgency and it will help you get done on time.

Fat Burning Tip #3-

The third tip is to make sure your diet is in order. This doesn’t mean you have to eat everything perfect all of the time. I know that it’s hard to make sure that everything you eat healthy and it really isn’t possible. If you get paid to put your body on magazine covers that is a different story. The easiest way to do this is to not buy junk food. If you don’t have the food in your house you obviously can’t cave into any temptations you have to eat it.

Fat Burning Tip #4-

The last tip is to make sure you’re getting enough cardio. It’s estimated that to see any serious results you need to get some type of cardio in at least 3 days per week for 30 minutes. Now if you’re just starting out this means that you need to start off slowly. Don’t try and run on a treadmill for 30 minutes but walk instead.
