Bride to Be Diet – Eight Steps That Every Bride Needs to Know
So here you are three months away. Three months from now you’ll no longer be Miss Anderson or Smith or Jones or Johnson or whatever your current last name is. You will soon be Mrs. Harris or Wagner or Wright. But before you worry about how your new last name is going to fit with your current first name, you first have to figure out how you can fit into your wedding dress the way you would like to. What you need is the perfect bride-to-be diet. You’re not alone thousands of women every year go in search of a bride-to-be diet that will make them feel like the belle of the ball on their wedding day. Unfortunately many of them never quite accomplish their goal. Here are eight tips that you can use to make your bride-to-be diet the most effective ever.
- Set a long-term weight-loss goal. Every bride-to-be diet should come with a long-term goal intact. Base the goal on the fact that it’s safe to lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week.
- Set a short-term goal. Your short-term goal should include what you are going to do on a daily basis to make sure that your bride-to-be diet gets you the long-term results at your looking for.
- Keep a food journal. Before beginning your weight loss program keep a journal of what you eat for three days, make sure to write down everything: cookies, hard candy, soda, burgers, fast food, everything that you eat must be included.
- Use this food journal to eliminate foods that will prevent you from accomplishing your goal.
- Use the buddy system. Grab a couple of your bridesmaids and pull them into your bride-to-be diet. Studies show that people are much more effective at accomplishing their goals if they have the support of others.
- Consume 5 to 6 small meals instead of three large meals. Dietitians have found that by eating 5 to 6 meals consisting of one to 2 cups of food throughout the day. It helps to keep your body fueled and prevents you from over eating.
- Always eat breakfast. Breakfast may very well be the most important meal of the day, and is a pivotal part of your bride-to-be diet. It sets up your body to start burning calories and prevents your body from kicking into starvation mode after not having eaten for the eight hours while you were sleeping.
- Get back to playing around. What most people miss from their bride to be diet is the importance of exercise. When we were young and went outside run, play hide and go seek and riding bikes we never looked at it as exercise or as being a chore or a task it was fun and there’s no reason that it can’t be that again. Find something you enjoy doing whether it is playing basketball, playing volleyball, or swimming. The more enjoyable to task the less will feel like exercise and the more benefit you will get from it.
So regardless of what your last name is about to be, these eight steps will make your bride-to-be diet, effective and make sure you feel and look like $1 million on your wedding day.
