Change My Eating Habits – How to Stop Pigging Out and Finally Fit Into Your Skinny Jeans!
So you’re wondering how am I ever going to change my eating habits and be able to lose the extra fat that keeps plaguing me relentlessly year after year.
Well, believe me when I say you’re not alone. Actually, it’s pretty obvious that you’re not alone if you just look around. There are tons and tons (literally) of people that need to lose weight, many in much worse shape than you.
I remember when I was trying to get rid of my extra weight, it was so friggin aggravating. I would work out, run, and go on these crazy diets that were torturous. I hated every minute of it…but then I saw something that showed me how to actually lose the weight by changing my eating habits and I knew that this was the missing link.
Frankly, I knew that this was problem all along to be honest, but I tried to avoid changing eating habits, because…well…I love to eat. There I said it, I love to eat and didn’t want to stop.
But the thing was that I thought of it as having to stop eating, when what I really needed to do, and what you just need to do is change your habits when it comes to eating.
That means simply exchanging the crappy food for better food, and actually if you make a few wise changes you can pig out almost as much as you ever do, it’s just the matter that you’re pigging out on something else than a Twinky, or some other stuff.
When I realized I just needed to change my eating habits, and not actually stop eating all together, then it opened up a whole new world for me, and I actually enjoyed the process of losing weight while I was eating.
