Exercises to Lose Belly Fast Fast – What Are the Most Effective Types of Exercises to Melt Away Fat?

1.) Do not restrict nutrients – I know they sound appealing, but those crazy fad diet programs (low fat, low carb, low calorie, etc.) are very ineffective and will not produce consistent and permanent results. In fact, those types of programs will typically slow your metabolism down.

I recommend that you get plenty of protein, fiber, healthy fat (monounsaturated), and foods packed with vitamins and minerals (fruits, vegetables, etc.).

2.) Eat more frequently – Eating smaller healthy meals 4-5 times a day instead of the usual 2 or 3 meals will help in speeding up your metabolism for faster fat loss.

The best type of exercises to get unbelievably fast results is high intensity cardiovascular exercises and resistance training.

High intensity cardio will not only boost your metabolism during the workout, it will also increase your R.M.R (resting metabolic rate). Some examples of this workout is sprinting and setting the treadmill on an incline instead of flat.

Resistance training is absolutely vital. The more lean muscle tissue you have, the more your body will AUTOMATICALLY burn away stubborn fat. I recommend you focus more on compound training (squats, lunges, dead-lifts, bench pressing, etc.), since those exercises will burn off the most fat.
