Keep in mind, diet is just what you put into you for food. Eat healthy and don’t overdo it! In fact, try not to overdo anything! Get enough food to power your body, to get the exercise you need to do to lose weight done! Do not stop eating, your body needs food to power itself while you exercise and go about normal life! The concept is not as backwards as it sounds though, really you’re just feeding your body the energy it needs. It will use that food up to work off the weight fast, just don’t feed it so many calories you give it more weight to work off, you’ll never get ahead that way!
This leads into your exercise routine, keep it tough, keep up a sweat, and in no time you’ll see a loss of fat! Get your blood moving, your heart beating faster, and make that body move! The more intense the better the workout. A sweat is good, make sure you are doing it for at least an hour each day to ensure you are getting the proper workout that will remove your weight.
Abide by these simple tips, keep with them for 28 days, and guess what happens then? Another magical secret! Your dieting and exercise will become habit after 28 days, and it will be much easier to keeping to your programs and losing more and more weight! As those of you who have the habit like me of eating a twinkie or two before bed know, it’s tough to break a habit, so make sure you’re giving yourself good habits, and you’ll be happy to continue on with them. When you get here, I guarantee that life will be much better for you, you will be losing weight, and keeping it off! Your body will love your new lifestyle and reward you in ways you can’t imagine!
