How to Get a Quicker Metabolic Rate by the End of This Week

Simply move between periods of a comfortable pace and periods of your highest exertion level. In just 20 minutes you can stimulate your fat burning for the entire day.
3. Sleep 7 to 8 hours. You cannot avoid sleep and expect to have a racing metabolism during the day. Give your body what it needs and it will be a high performer for you.
