How to Lose Lower Belly Fat
The main factor responsible for the fat accumulating around the belly is the processed or refined carbohydrate. We can stop the fat accumulating around the lower belly by taking more of fat burning foods and by eliminating the processed carbohydrate rich foods. To reduce the belly fat you have to do some dietary changes and cardio exercise is must. Cardio exercise helps in reducing the current body fat whereas by eliminating the processed carbohydrates we can reduce the fat around the belly in the future.
The best exercise to reduce the belly fat is aerobic or cardio exercise which also include weight training.
Cardio exercises like brisk walking or running should be done. Sit ups and Ab workouts may help to reduce the belly fat.

1) Cardio exercises and weight training
2) Have a right diet
3) Consistency
Cardio exercise must be done 4-5 times in a week in combination with weight training exercises 2-3 times. Have an eye on the calorie intake as well.
Some breadth control exercises like yoga along with the abdominal exercises is also helpful. In yoga, Vajrasana with bending to the front should help for sure. To do that you need to kneel down sit on your knees, touch your thumb with the index finger while leaving other three fingers straight on both hands, keep this in the sides of the pelvic border and bend forward as much as you can.
Direct sugar intake should be reduced and always take complex carbohydrates. In your diet protein should be in plenty amount as they give you a feeling of full stomach as well as it helps in repair of the muscles. Be extra conscious about your diet. Your diet must contain the vitamins, minerals. So to reduce the lower belly fat self determination is the key factor.
