How to Lose Weight Easily – The Top 12 Mistakes to Avoid If You Want Easy, Fast & Permanent Results

If you have been wondering how to lose weight easily, there are 12 common mistakes that you must avoid if you want to get successful weight loss… and keep the weight off! Take a couple of minutes out of your day to read on and learn what they are.

1. Low fat dieting: This is a popular fad diet that most go on if they have excess body fat. However, contrary to popular belief, reducing fat too much will actually cause your body to STORE fat… go figure! You must receive healthy fats in your diet (monounsaturated fat).

2. Low carb dieting: This fad diet method is only going to make you feel miserable, and what’s worst, it is highly ineffective because it will also lead to stored fat.

3. Low calorie dieting: Low calorie dieting is a surefire way to decrease your metabolism. Also, you will most certainly end up with yo-yo weight loss doing this type of dieting.

4. Exercising too much: Yes, it is possible to get poor results by exercising too much. What you want to do is take it easy and only exercise one body part per week. As far as cardio is concerned, I recommend to just do 20-30 minutes of cardio exercising no more than 4 times per week.

5. Physician consulting: Avoiding the common rule that you must consult your physician before you begin a workout program.

6. Stretch: Not stretching before you workout.

7. Healthy foods?: Getting caught up with “so called” health foods such as those low fat snacks. Those types of foods make up for the lack of fat, calories, etc. with more sugar and a lot of other processed junk your body doesn’t need.

8. Scale: Checking the scale too much!

9. Cheat days too early into your diet: It’s okay to have a cheat day once in awhile… AFTER you have been dieting successfully for at least 2 weeks. Why 2 weeks? Well, during the first 2 weeks of a diet, this is when you are most vulnerable to break a diet.

10. Using artificial sweeteners: You would think they are healthy, but they contain plenty of dangerous additives that will have an adverse effect on your body. I recommend to get Stevia as a substitute for sugar.

11. Not paying attention to stress: Yes, stress can make you fat and keep you fat! Pay a lot of attention on reducing your stress levels.

12. Giving up too soon: My friend, the only way you are going to lose weight easily, quickly, and permanently is by staying 100% consistent with whatever diet and exercise plan you are doing. Don’t just try a plan for one week and assume that it is not going to work for you. Consistency breeds results… ALWAYS! Also, make sure that once you start living healthy… stay living healthy… for life!
