Lower Stomach Fat – 3 Tips to Drop Lower Stomach Fat in 7-14 Days

Discarding lower stomach fat can be a seemingly impossible task for many-but it’s really not as hard as most make it.

First remember that the methods are the SAME for both men and women. A lot of women are considered that lifting heavy weights will make them “bulk up”. Therefore they just end up wasting time doing light jogging or lifting feather light weights.

These methods are NOT effective for becoming lean

Don’t get me wrong-heavy weight obviously can give you bigger muscles-but the way to prevent this is to just adjust your calorie intake. This can be varied depending on whether you are aiming for losing fat or “getting ripped”. The bottom line is–if you don’t lift heavy weights–your results will be severely limited. Here are 3 tips to get results NOW:

#1) “Multi-joint” exercises are the way to go

The reason? Since they exercise the whole body they elicit the MAXIMAL hormonal and metabolic response-which is how to drop lower stomach fat. I can’t stress this enough. And “multi-jointed” exercises also target the abs indirectly.

“Ab specific” exercises alone are NOT sufficient for getting results

But that only addresses HALF of the equation-the other 50% of discarding stomach flab is eating the right foods. Let’ face it-most people’s diets are pure crap. They sacrifice quality for convenience–it’s no wonder they can’t drop the flab.

#2) Eliminate all processed foods

And that includes “energy bars” and other “health food” the fitness industry pumps.

Energy and protein bars are NOT healthy

Why? Because they are extremely difficult to digest. So even though they have massive quantities of protein, you only digest a small amount. What should you eat instead? Just focus on eating more high quality “whole” foods. Now, there are lots of arguments about whether meat or dairy are good for you.

I won’t get into that here–the important thing is that your diet should be composed 100% of whole foods-the majority of which should be fruits and vegetables. This is how to drop lower stomach fat.
