Strategies For Weight Loss
When it comes to strategies for weight loss, there is no quick fix. Sorry. What it takes is you following proven methods for losing weight. Yes, you can lose weight using starvation and other drastic measures, but these measures are not sustainable and plus you’ll end up gaining the weight back.
The great news is that if you follow strategies that are know to work you will lose weight. These strategies require patience and a little discipline and a lot of honesty. By honesty I mean that you can’t say your diet didn’t work if you’re cheating by having the “occasional” brownie or bag of chips. When it comes to losing weight, those calories count as well.
the most basic strategy is for weight loss is increasing the frequency of meals you eat each day. If you start eating 6 small meals a day as oppose to 3, you’ll start burning fat immediately. Why? Eating more meals helps to increase your metabolism. This occurs because your body is now constantly working to digest the food you have consumed. Digestion requires you to expend energy, i.e. calories, which helps to burn fat. Also, your meals should consists of lean meat, fruits and vegetables.
To increase your weight loss even more, you should also add an exercise regimen to your schedule. Choose exercises that are fun for you. Just make sure that they get your heart rate into it’s fat burning zone.
In short, by following these simple strategies for weight loss you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goals.
