If you do it right, you will finish with a new life changing way of thinking that you can pass on to your child. This can help you teach your children how to be healthy till they are your age.
Your children can learn from your mistakes. Make sure you show your kids the right way to stay healthy and fit, and they’ll follow your example! Mommy can show them that their bodies are worth keeping healthy, and they’ll do the right thing and get the same commitment themselves. Don’t get down, keep positive, and keep working you WILL get there!
