Avocados contain monounsaturated fats, which curb the appetite and aid hormones that burn fat. They also have the amino acid L-carnitine in them that is stored in the liver. This amino acid increases metabolism, thereby, promoting fat loss. Monounsaturated fat reduces cholesterol that collects abdominal fat.
Oatmeal contains healthy fats and low glycemic carbohydrates. These carbos are pivotal in burning body fat because they provide energy gradually and support glycogen storage. The soluble fibre in oatmeal aids in binding fatty acids and causes sugar to be delivered to the bloodstream at a slower pace.
