Obesity – One of the Best Solutions to Stop Those Hunger Pains
After many years of being overweight and obese there is a question I needed to ask myself. Why am I always so hungry? Have you been asking yourself that question? How important is your health to you? Are you ready to die because you love to eat more than life itself? I have had great difficulty understanding what goes trough my mind when I binge. The answers have come to me because I feel I am important enough that, I deserve a break today, means help.

Ground flax seed. Here it is, this is the answer you are looking for. Simple to use, you buy the seeds whole and grind them up in a coffee grinder and sprinkle this great tasting product on all or in everything you eat. You keep it in the fridge and grind it every couple of days. The product goes rancid if you grind it for too many days at a time.
- My doctor told me years ago about the great benefits of flax seed but like most of you, I fail to ask questions when I see my doc. I assume he knows what he is doing but, now I realize that I am the only person responsible for me. I started researching for solutions to my consistent hunger and their it was, in the computer, this segment about the benefits of flax seed.

Flax seed expands in my stomach and is a great source of many vitamins and omega 3. It gives me the feeling of fullness I need to get to the other meal without having the cravings I always had before.
The story behind this story is that you need to get information from the right places but, if you are not willing to take the time yourself to read and apply what you learn, well you might just as well leave this page right now. Here again is the quantity to have: 2 Tablespoons 2 times per day of ground up flax seed. Do your homework, please.
